Quick (ca 30 minutes) and easy to prepare pasta dish.

Recipe Ingredients for TAGLIATELLE ARRABIATA

1 tbsp oil
250 grams Tagliatelle
250 grams bacon
500 heinz tomato
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 red chili pepper
1 tbsp whiskey
2 tsp sugar
1 salt & pepper according to taste

Recipe Directions for TAGLIATELLE ARRABIATA

  1. Chop the garlic, onion and chili fine.

  2. Fry the bacon with the olive oil until it's nice and brown/crispy. Add the garlic, onion and chili and stirr it until the onion is nice and soft/transparent. Add the whiskey and let it evaporate. Add the tomato and let it simmer nicely for about 5-10 miniutes. Remember to add the sugar and salt/pepper to taste.

  3. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

  4. Once you've separated the pasta from the water, mix it in with the sauce.

  5. If you like you can add parmezan but note that this will increase your calorie intake.

  6. Enjoy.
