Recipe Ingredients for Tagliatele with bacon Arrabbiata

150 g mushrooms
75 g bacon
350 g tomato sauce
180 g dried pasta
5 g parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Tagliatele with bacon Arrabbiata

  1. Put dried tagliatele on to boil in plenty of water.

  2. Fry off chopped back bacon in non-stick pan. As bacon gives up fat add the sliced mushrooms and fry for three or four minutes.

  3. Heat tub of fresh commercial sauce (such as Tesco's Arrabbiata Sauce) in the microwave as directed.

  4. Drain the pasta when 'al dente' and toss through the sauce. Divide into two warm dishes and top with the bacon/mushrooms and a grating of parmesan cheese.
