Chickpea and veggie tagine with cous cous

Recipe Ingredients for Tagine

180 g plum tomatoes
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
25 g mixed vegetables
290 g cooked cous cous
80 g Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tagine

  1. saute onions in olive oil

  2. add chopped carrot and chickpeas, continue cooking

  3. add tomatoes and mix veg

  4. season (chilli seeds, paprika, pepper, salt)

  5. serve with cous cous
