Quick and easy tacos. For non-dieting family, add picante sauce, taco sauce, and sour cream. I don't like tomatoes, so I don't have them in my recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Tacos

1 lb 90% lean ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix, old elpaso
1 c water
2 c shredded lettuce
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c pinto beans
10 tortillas, flour, 6"

Recipe Directions for Tacos

brown ground beef over medium heat in skillet, add seasoning mix and water. Allow to simmer while preparing the shredded lettuce, and cheese. Heat pinto beans in the microwave and warm the tortillas, either in a skillet on the stove or in the microwave.
