Recipe Ingredients for Tacos

1 whole wheat tortilla
30 g lean ground beef, cooked
1 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
10 ml sour cream
1 tbsp tomato, chopped
1/4 cup lettuce
7 g taco mix

Recipe Directions for Tacos

On your tortilla, add all following ingredients in layers of preference. Fold up the tortilla in a taco. Enjoy!
