Makes 6 servings



add 4 tbsp taco seasoning and 2 tbsp roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning to your food list (I couldn't add them here). Also add a large whole wheat tortilla shell to your food list or taco chips for a salad if you prefer. sour cream, salsa and cheese are optional (need to add separately if you choose to use) One of our family favorites

Recipe Ingredients for Tacos

2 lbs lean hamburger
1/2 cup onion
1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
2 cups lettuce, ripped

Recipe Directions for Tacos

  1. brown hamburger

  2. Add onion, and seasonings listed in description

  3. once cooked, then you can build your taco

  4. place a tortilla shell on a place, spread sour cream (optional), then add meat mixture, top with tomatoes, green pepper and lettuce. Then add cheese (optional) and salsa/hot sauce)
