These tacos are Delicious.. They are a great lunch and the left over meat if you do not have 4 people to serve, can make great taco/like salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Tacos

4 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Sirloin
1/4 cup Taco Shredded Cheese
2 shells Old El Paso Taco Shells Super Stuffer
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 serving Casera Medium Salsa
2 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco Less Sodium
0.25 medium Red Onions

Recipe Directions for Tacos

  1. First cut vegetables, red onion, tomatoes, and break apart the lettuce. Place back in fridge.

  2. Pre-heat the oven to about 300 as you start cooking your meat.

  3. Fry the meat ad directed on meat package.... Once it is browned add taco seasoning mix as directed on season packet ** however I usually only use about 1/2 the amount of water it calls for, because I do not like my taco meat runny....

  4. Place taco shells in oven for about 5 minutes. While shells warm, pull out your vegetables, cheese and stir your meat allowing the seasoning to soak in to the meat.

  5. Build your taco's and enjoy!

  6. 2 of these big boys are very filling...
