MW. I made enough tacos for my whole family, but it was easier for me to figure out the portion size by eating 3 at a time and measuring the ingredients. This is using Perez taco shells, 2% cheddar cheese, pace picante sauce and 90% lean beef.

19 4/5 g taco shells
1 oz reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 oz lettuce
1 tbs onion, chopped
3 oz ground beef

Recipe Directions for tacos (MW)

  1. brown meat.

  2. chop, grate, or slice toppings.

  3. heat shells according to package directions.

  4. put it together and eat it.
