well I crave tacos and I found that you can really have a great taco dinner and get really full and still be under 500 calories! You can even add fat free shredded cheese and sprinkle it on and still stay pretty low in calories!

Recipe Ingredients for tacos for the dieter

1 lb. ground turkey, 93/7
1 oz. taco seasoning
4 tortillas, low carb low fat
16 oz. refried beans, fat free
2 tbsp. sour cream, fat free

Recipe Directions for tacos for the dieter

  1. First of all brown the turkey meat, then add the taco seasoning mix

  2. Put a low fat low carb tortilla in a hot skillet sprayed with oil and crisp it up a little. in a saucepan, warm up the refried beans( I use old el paso as they are the least calories) and you can either add the beans to the tortilla or you can have it as a side dish! Stuff meat in to taco and add sour cream (a little dollop will do you!) Enjoy!
