Recipe Ingredients for tacos 1 serving equals 2 oz. 1/4 cup

1 large onion,chopped
3 cloves garlic,minced
1 cup bell pepper
1 t canola oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chicken broth
2 T flour
1 cup salsa
1/2 t white balsamic vinegar
1 T lemon juice
2 T cilantro
1/2 t ground cumin
19 g taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for tacos 1 serving equals 2 oz. 1/4 cup

  1. chop onion,garlic,pepper.saute in 1 T canola oil until lightly colored.add a few T of broth then add ground beef.cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutesadd salsa(ROTEL TOMATOES OR DICED TOMATO MAY BE SUBSTITUTED)

  2. add remaining broth,flour,lemon juice,cilantro,cumin,taco seasoning.simmer over low heat for 10-15 jminutes.taste and adjust seasonings to taste.serve in shell with add cheese,diced green onion,shredded lettuce.more hot sauce if wanted.add sour cream.
