This is a recipe found in Mountain Magic Cuisine Cookbook. I did not add tortillas because it would not let me. So I looked on the package and added 110 calories more to the recipe above for a total of 417 calories. Need to look on the package of the tortillas and add them separately to make sure you get the correct account.

Recipe Ingredients for Tacoritos

3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons salsa

Recipe Directions for Tacoritos

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken soup, water chili powder, cumin to create the sauce. Brown meat and oninos and drain excess fat. Add 1/4 of the sauce mixture to the meat. Spoon into tortillas, using 1/2 cup of the mixture for each tortilla, fold like an envelope and place the folded side down in a reased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour the remianing sauce over the tortillas. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with Salsa and Sour Cream if desired
