Recipe Ingredients for Taco Wraps

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 tsp cumin
1 avocado, sliced
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp salsa
1 tsp granulated garlic, divided
1 tsp salt, divided
12 romaine lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Taco Wraps

  1. Brown beef and onion in a skillet; drain well. Add cumin and 1/2 tsp each garlic and salt.

  2. Mash the avocado and mix in the lemon juice, salsa, and 1/2 tsp each garlic and salt.

  3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Divide 1/4 of meat between 3 leaves for each serving. Top with guacamole and diced tomato.
