Lighter than Chili with beans and corn.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup Black Beans Canned
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 tsp Seasoning
1 tsp dry mix 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

brown ground beef and onions. Mix in rest of ingredients. Simmer for 1.5 hours, and serve with light sour cream and a few frito's corn chips for garnish.
