Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

14 ounce diced tomatoes
14 ounce tomato sauce
1 cup chicken stock
28 ounce black beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef
1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Heat olive oil and brown ground beef

  2. Stir in taco seasoning

  3. Add all veggies

  4. Add chicken stock

  5. Heat at medium for 30 minutes
