Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

3.5 serving Pinto Beans
8 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1.75 cup Corn, Whole Kernel
8 serving Onion (Chopped) 1 oz
3.5 serving Kidney Beans
5 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Cook the ground beef and onions together.

  2. Mix all ingredients.

  3. Add 2 to 3 soup cans of water.

  4. Boil and simmer 30 minutes.

  5. Top with grated cheese and/or sour cream if desired.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
