Taco soup: beans, beans and beef!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

31 oz Pinto Beans
15.5 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
15.5 oz Kidney Beans
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 oz Ranch Salad Dressing
1.25 oz McCormick's Taco Seasoning
16 oz Hominy

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

Cook the beef however you prefer, personally I boil it and drain the fat. Then add the Ranch and Taco seasoning packets. Throw in the beans, hominy (optional), corn (optional) and the tomatos and sauce. Bring to a boil and serve with corn chips and cheese. You can also substitute black beans as desired. Healthy substitutes would be fat free yogurt instead of cheese, and leaving off the chips. Also, my recipe calls for 2 lbs of beef but I prefer the beans to the beef so I leave it out.
