High Fiber Taco Soup - 2 cup servings

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
9 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1 cup Mexicorn
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
1 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
1 cup Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
2 cup Refried Beans, Canned
2 cup Tomatoes Diced
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

Sweat onions, Add tomatoes and refried beans until melted. Add Taco Mix and rest of ingrredients. Not necessary to drain veggies. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for 1 hour. (I did add 2 cups shredded cabbage for more fiber. Not neccessary.
