this is a yummy taco soup that everyone will love!

Recipe Ingredients for taco soup

425 g pinto beans
425 g Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
15 oz red beans
15 oz whole kernel corn
15 oz diced tomatoes
4 cups water
28 g Dips Mix
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup dried quinoa

Recipe Directions for taco soup

  1. Cooking your Quinoa

  2. First rinse your quinoa in a fine mesh strainer for two to three minutes, run hands threw the quinoa to remove any residue for this could cause a bitter taste, place your 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of quinoa in a medium size sauce pan, bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil cover and let set on medium heat for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed, once this is finished fluff with fork and set aside.

  3. Next cook your ground beef until well done.

  4. Then put the quinoa, ground beef, your extra three cups of water pinot beans,white kidney beans, red beans,whole kernel corn with juice, diced tomatoes with juice, and pkg of ranch dip mix in a big pot and stir together.

  5. Let sit on high heat until boiling accures, stir occasionally for about 10 or 15 minutes.

  6. Once everything is good and hot you are ready to serve.

  7. You can put tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream, and grated cheese on top for extra flavor!
