Hearty, Tex-mex soup that's great on a cold evening and super easy to prepare!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

2 lbs. ground venison or beef, browned and drained
2 large onions, chopped
10 ounce taco seasoning
5 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
30 ounce stewed tomatoes
10 ounce tomatoes and green chilies
5 ounce tomato sauce
30 ounce pinto beans
15 ounce corn, drained
15 ounce hominy, drained

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown meat with onion, drain.

  2. Mix in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes.

  3. This is good by itself or my family likes to put it over Fritos and top with shredded cheese.
