Delicious, easy to make soup/stew!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
38 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
19 oz Black Beans
0.67 cup Plain Niblets Corn
2 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce
20 oz Diced Tomatoes
35 2/5 grams Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
375 grams Chicken Breasts

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Put onion, beans, corn, and tomato sauce & diced tomatoes in slow cooker.

  2. Add taco seasoning and stir.

  3. Lay Chicken on top. press down to cover.

  4. Cook on low for 5 hrs.

  5. Remove chicken from soup, shred and put back in and cook 2 more hrs.

  6. Serve topped with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
