Taco Soup - great served with fat free sour cream and tortilla chips. For those that can afford it shredded cheese is awesome on it as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

8 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
14 1/2 oz All Natural Diced Tomatoes
437 grams Kidney Beans
35 grams McCormick's Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. cook 1/2 lb turkey with onion, drain

  2. add all other ingredients and about 16 oz water, bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes. separate into bowls and serve with sour cream dobbed on top and sprinkle with cheese. Eat with a spoon or tortilla chips
