Simple low carb soup with lots of flavour and fiber.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 lb lean ground beef
18 oz tomato sauce no salt added
1 cup frozen corn
425 g Silverado Chili
17 g Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco Less Sodium
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. In a large pot cook ground beef until browned and drain well.

  2. Add taco seasoning to water and pour over beef. Add tomato sauce, corn and chilli.

  3. Heat until boiling and serve with sour cream and taco chips if desired.
