Soup perfect for South Beach Diet

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1/5 lb lean ground beef
1/5 small onion
8 ounce diced tomatos
8 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe Canned, With Green Chilies
16 ounce pinto beans
8 ounce kidney beans
16 oz. water
35 g taco seasoning
27 1/5 g Ranch dressing mix

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown lean ground beef and chopped onions.

  2. Add beans, tomatos, seasoning, and water.

  3. Bring to boil.

  4. Lower to simmer.

  5. Cook 30 minutes.

  6. Enjoy with cheese and sour cream.
