Quick, easy and yummy. Makes enough to feed my family two nights.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 pound lean ground beef
30 oz black beans
30 oz corn
10 oz rotel
15 oz mixed beans
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
1 oz ranch dressing mix

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown beef, drain

  2. Combine all ingredients in large pot

  3. Top each bowl with sour cream and cheese to taste

  4. I also like to add corn chips sometimes, but it is super yummy without them.

  5. Enjoy!
