Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 lb extra lean ground beef
85 g frozen chopped onion (or 1 large)
864 g (Two 15.25 oz cans) corn
7 c (Two 14.5 oz cans or 822 grams) Mexican Style Stewed tomatoes
425 g (One 15 oz can) kidney beans
425 g (One 15 oz can) chile con carne
2 tbs Taco Seasoning
16 oz tomato sauce
113 g (One 4 oz can) diced green chillies

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown ground beef and onion.

  2. Drain fat.

  3. Add all other ingredients; do not drain any liquid. Simmer 20 min.

  4. Top with sour cream, corn chips, salsa or mango salsa, and cheese as desired.
