A hearty soup that is quick and easy to make. Spice it up with hot Rotel or stewed mexican tomatoes with jalapenos. You can also add a can of chilis to the soup. Serve with oven toasted flour tortillas. Better the next day!

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 pound ground beef
14 ounce light red kidney beans
28 ounce pinto beans
8 ounce corn
28 ounce chopped tomatoes
1 ounce hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 taco seasoning
10 ounce rotel tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown beef and drain.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes.
