This is a delicious and quick soup (even if you are not on Weight Watchers). One cup of soup has 2 points, and recipe makes 12 cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 lb lean ground beef
1 ounce taco seasoning mix
16 ounce pinto beans
16 ounce chili beans
16 ounce whole kernel corn
16 ounce diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown meat and onions and drain.

  2. Mix ranch dressing and taco seasoning into meat. Without draining, add all of the other ingredients.

  3. Simmer 1 hour.
