Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 large onion chopped
1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1 taco seasoning, dry
16 oz kidney beans, drained
16 oz corn, drained
2 quarts tomato juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper, according to taste

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a nonstick skillet. Drain and rinse.

  2. Combine ground beef, onion, taco seasoning, kidney beans, corn, tomato juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low 4 hours or until heated through.
