A yummy mexican inspired soup--WW recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 1/2 cups canned black beans
1 1/2 cups canned corn
3 cups diced canned tomatoes
1 1/2 cups kidney beans
6 tsp hot taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch dressing mix

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Add 1 can of each to crock pot: black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans.

  2. Add 1 packet taco seasoning and 1 packet ranch mix.

  3. Add 1/4 cup TVP or 1/2 cup meat if desired.

  4. Add 1 extra can of water.

  5. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.

  6. Serve with sour cream, cheese, and tortillas if you wish.
