Raw Tomato/Vegetable Soup made in high speed blender

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

3 medium tomatoes
2 oz cheddar cheese
1 stalk celery
4 medium green onions
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs cilantro
1/2 medium carrot

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Boil 2 cups of water

  2. Place all ingredients in blender in order with water

  3. Add 1 or more teaspoons of taco seasoning according to taste.

  4. Add one OXO cube

  5. Run soup cycle twice.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips and/or black beans

  7. Add OXO and taco seasoning to food log
