Easy to make, very filling soup with great nutritional value.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 1/4 lb ground turkey
14 1/2 oz light red kidney beans, canned
14 1/2 oz black beans, canned
14 1/2 oz pinto beans, canned
14 1/2 oz diced tomato, canned
10 1/2 oz ro-tel tomato and green chilis
27 1/5 g ranch dressing mix
35 g taco seasoning
10 oz corn, canned

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown ground turkey in large pot. Drain fat if necessary.

  2. Add canned beans, corn, and tomatoes (all six cans, do NOT drain.

  3. Add taco seasoning and ranch seasoning mix packets.

  4. Add 1/3 cup water (optional)

  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 30 min utes uncovered.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, or whatever toppings you desire.
