Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 lb ground bison, browned
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
29 oz black beans, drained and rinced
14 1/2 oz kidney beans, drained and rinced
14 1/2 oz Great Northern Beans, drained and rinced
29 oz Hominy, drained
3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. saute onion and peppers in olive oil

  2. add bison and cook until browned

  3. stir in taco seasoning and pepper

  4. add cans of beans and hominy and tomatoes

  5. simmer 30 minutes or until warm
