Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 pound ground chicken
1 cup chopped red onion
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
1 ounce ranch dressing mix
30 1/2 ounces corn
16 ounces pinto beans
15 ounces black beans
20 ounces tomatoes
12 ounces light beer
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. Brown onion and meat in a large skillet

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high for approximately 3 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips
