You might want to use more or less v8 juice, depending on consistency you want. You can also use lean beef, or ground chicken. recipe is easily adaptable. You could even top with cheese. you can do this in crockpot also on low for 8 hours

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1 lb turkey, ground
1 med onion
14 oz beans, black, drain, rinsed
14 oz corn, no salt
14 oz tomatoes, diced
1 3/5 oz taco seasoning, dry
1 3/5 oz dip, ranch, dry
16 oz v8 juice

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

Fry turkey and onion until well cooked in lg pot. If you use beef, then drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Top with cheese if you like or eat tortilla chips.
