Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup

1/2 lb ground beef, 10% fat
1 c green pepper
1 c onion
2 c corn
850 g kidney beans
45 oz diced tomatoes
30 g taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup

  1. In a frying pan, brown hamburger and cook vegetables until tender.

  2. In a large pot, combine remaining ingredients. Add hamburger, onion, and pepper.

  3. Heat and serve.

  4. Garnish with: Tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, salsa, olives, etc.
