Recipe Ingredients for Taco Soup (Low-Fat)

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 large onion (chopped)
1 1/4 ounce hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning mix
15 ounce pinto beans
15 ounce hot chili beans
15 ounce whole kernel corn
15 ounce stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)
15 ounce stewed tomatoes (any flavor)

Recipe Directions for Taco Soup (Low-Fat)

  1. Brown the meat and onions and drain.

  2. Mix ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into the meat.

  3. Without draining, add all other ingredients.

  4. Simmer 1 hour.
