THIS IS A WONDERFUL HEARTY SALAD.

Recipe Ingredients for TACO SALAD

1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1/2 cup WATER

TACO SEASONING:
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp crushed dried red pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp minced garlic

SALAD:
6 cups mixed green salad
2 tomatoes, sliced
3 green onions, sliced

TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 cup salsa
8 oz. Kraft Fat Free Cheddar cheese
4 oz. tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for TACO SALAD

  1. Heat large skillet over med/high heat.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

  3. Drain.

  4. Add taco seasoning and water and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Make salad.

  6. Add desired toppings and serve.
