Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 head romaine lettuce
16 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar
290 g avocado
570 g tomato
252 g kidney beans
8 oz low fat sour cream
12 oz light mayo
117 g yellow onion
4 oz diced green chilies
1 lb ground beef

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

brown beef, drain. add kidney beans to pan and heat. meanwhile, grate onion, mix with mayo, sour cream and chilies. set aside. chop lettuce, tomato, and avocado. toss with grated cheese. add beef mixture while warm. pour sauce over mixture and combine. serve with broken tortilla chips.
