1/2 cup refried beans
2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 tbsp salsa (I use 2 tbsp of red and 2 tbsp of green to mix it up)
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1/2 oz of corn chips
2 cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Taco salad

I put the beans, onions, and cheese in the bowl first, microwave it for about a minute until it's nice and melty. Add the lettuce and top with rest of the stuff, chips on top.
