A tasty and high fiber and high protein taco salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

16 oz. canned corn
16 oz. black beans
12 oz. canned tomatoes
1 lb. ground turkey breast
5 oz. romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown Turkey.

  2. Add taco seasoning.

  3. Rinse beans, drain corn and tomatoes.

  4. Add 3/4 cup water to browned turkey along with corn, beans and tomatoes.

  5. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Let cool and add to bed of romaine lettuce.
