Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

2 lb ground pork
1 taco seasoning
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
30 cups lettuce, torn
2 cups salsa
4 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cheese, grated
1 cup salad dressing
3/4 cup plain yogurt
4 tortillas, in pieces

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. saute onion and celery

  2. add pork and brown thoroughly

  3. add seasoning and simmer about 10 minutes

  4. layer all ingredients in large bowl or everyone can make their own individual adding what they'd like
