substitute 4 taco salad shells for 4 lg taco shells

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 lb lean hamburger
4 large taco shells
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp paprika,
1 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 cup lettuce, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
4 tbsp non-fat sour cream
4 tbsp salsa
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup olives, sliced

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. brown meat, add spices and 1/2 cup of water, simmer 10 minutes.

  2. warm shell, fill with meat and other stuff.
