Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1/4 lb lean ground turkey
2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1 oz tortilla chips, crushed

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown the turkey in a skillet.

  2. Add 1/4 packet of taco seasoning and water, according to packet directions.

  3. Top lettuce with meat, chips, salsa, sour cream & cheese.
