Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 oz. ground turkey, 93% lean, w/taco seasoning
1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 avocado, chopped
1 T. cilantro, chopped
1 oz. lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. ranch dressing, reduced calorie

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown ground turkey.

  2. Add taco seasoning as per package directions, cool.

  3. Chop vegetables to desired size.

  4. Assemble salad as desired.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  6. Add dressing.
