Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1/2 lb. ground chicken
1 2/5 oz. taco seasoning
4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
4 tbsp. Salsa
3 oz. Goats Milk Yogurt, plain
56 grams (2 oz.) Soy Station Cheddar cheese style shreds,
2 oz. Blue corn chips, no salt added

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Cook chicken in nonstick pan, with cooking spray until browned and no pink is showing. Add taco seasoning and water and cook according to package directions. Turn off heat and let cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Wash and shred lettuce, place in bowl or plates, top with tomato and avocado. Add meat, then salsa, yogurt, cheese and sprinkle with broken corn chips.
