Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 lb extra lean ground beef
8 oz diced tomatoes
2 oz lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
16 oz refried beans
4 tbsp diced jalapenos
1/2 cup taco sauce
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz tortilla chips
8 oz fat-free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown beef and prepare with taco seasoning as directed

  2. Mix in 1 can Rotel Mexican Festival

  3. Heat beans

  4. Layer ingredients in bowel as desired

  5. Serve hot
