Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1/2 cup Catalina dressing
12 oz Kidney beans
1 head iceberg lettuce
6 oz cheddar cheese
6 oz Doritos
1 lb ground beef
1 medium tomato
1 medium red onion

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. brown beef in skillet or microwave

  2. drain and chill beef

  3. drain kidney beans

  4. add beans to chopped lettuce

  5. add tomato and onion

  6. mix in chilled beef

  7. top with shredded cheddar

  8. before serving, top with crushed doritos and catalina dressing
