Basic Taco Salad. Makes 10 bowls.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1/2 cup onion
35 leaf Lettuce
1 cup Lite Miracle Whip
1 cup Salsa
3 oz Cheese
3 oz Tortilla Chips
1 lb Ground Beef

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet with onions.

  2. Prepare lettce for salad (clean and rip or cut).

  3. In a bowl, top lettuce with ground beef.

  4. Cover beef with cheese to melt.

  5. In a measuring cup, mix salsa and Miracle Whip to making a dressing.

  6. Add dressing to salad. Mix well.

  7. Add crumbled chips, mixing again.
