just a recipie my mom used to use for a little twist on traditional taco salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 head lettuce
1 medium green pepper
1 large tomato
31 oz chili beans
4 1/2 oz sliced black olives
8 oz fat free italian dressing
9 oz sliced mushrooms
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
1 bag doritos

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown the meat and add in the taco seasoning following instructions on package. Set aside and let cool.

  2. Crush entire bag of chips into small pieces.

  3. Dice vegis and mix all ingrediants together into salad bowl and serve.

  4. 1/8 servings are entree sized so cut in half if you want as a side. enjoy!
