A nice refreshing cold taco salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Taco Salad

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup black beans
1/2 red pepper
755 g head lettuce
3 roma tomato
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
5 g taco seasoning mix
6 Tortilla Chips
1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Taco Salad

  1. Brown hamburger, drain and cool to room temperature

  2. shred lettuce

  3. chop tomatoes and peppers

  4. drain and wash beans

  5. crush taco chips

  6. mix all ingredients with shredded cheese and ranch dressing

  7. serve immediately.
